Beauteous: Beautiful

During the darkness of the approaching winter months, it helps me to remember that life is a privilege not given to many. Life on earth isn’t always fun and games. Life is full of many, many challenges. Everyone deals with their own set of struggles and hardships. But, these challenges aren’t meant to hurt you! The challenges in life measure progress: they allow you to grow as a human being. They strengthen the soul, body, and mind.

In our journey on earth, we each are exposed to many life events; some easily understood, others confusing, and then, there are others that seem contradictory…

I believe in a creator, a higher power, a higher consciousness. I believe that God meticulously designed a beautiful experience for all of us in this lifetime. I believe that we each were given a soul, and this soul is aware of the game plan God had in mind for us. Life may not always be happy sunshine, but there’s always something beautiful.

What Is Your Destiny?

“External reality is nothing more than a massive soup of frequencies and wavelengths. Among all those various frequencies and waves, our physical senses are only able to tune into less than a fraction of a percent of what’s actually possible to experience.”

— Anonymous

We all have different belief systems. Everything we believe to be real about the world we live in, is really just our subjective interpretation of various phenomena.

In other words, everyone is tuned a little differently.

When we meet someone who appears to be tuned into our wavelength, it creates a natural affinity, a friendship, a kinship. We may feel as if we have known this person forever, as if we met them in a past life.

However, when we meet someone who is tuned in very differently, we may experience a sense of cognitive dissonance, feelings of discomfort and/or awkwardness. Conversations with this said individual may become stilted, instead of smooth and flowing.

We absorb ourselves in different realities every single day, testing what fits and what doesn’t fit just like trying on new clothes.

Once we begin to set our mind to search for certain ideologies, we may miss seemingly obvious details.

When someone enters our reality who operates from a different belief system, we have a tendency to judge them, possibly make fun of them, and even call them strange or weird.

In reality, they’re just tuned into a very different station than our own. It’s almost like people are tuned into different radio stations or TV channels, depending on their personal preferences and tastes. The media they consume serves to alter their belief systems along different lines of thought.

I’ve come to realize that the adult world is nothing more than a social construct that’s been developed gradually over time, a prison of the mind that limits creativity, imagination, and insight. Many people focus on the social construct, believing it’s the ultimate reality, accepting their miserable fate as another cog in society’s machine.

When I turned 18, I had an epiphany, and I realized that I didn’t want to live the life of a simple cog in the machine. I began to emulate the mindset of a rich and successful Kevin Navarro. I had a vision where I was different, possessing skills and qualities that I was missing out on right now.

If you don’t like your life, change it. Things will get better! Commit to making changes in yourself, casting out the old you and developing new habits and routines. As quickly as these new habits take hold, is the speed at which you can move towards the reality of your design.

If you figure out your destiny, the journey always works itself out…

How To Change Your Life

What you perceive as the physical world, your external reality, everything that is out there… is simply an illusion. The essence of who you really are… that is real.

Albert Einstein once said, “Reality is Merely An Illusion, Albeit A Very Persistent One.”

Whatever you perceive is merely a reflection of your current state of being. Your current state of being, your current lifestyle, is defined by your core beliefs, which determine your emotions, thoughts, and actions.

In other words, if you feel nervous or insecure, everyone else will treat you like someone who is

nervous and insecure.

Reality, in my opinion, is like a playground.

Each person lives in their own little playground, consisting of events and circumstances.

And, sometimes, our brains are hard-wired to believe a certain way because of what we have been through in life.

Fortunately, our environment is constantly providing us with helpful information about the self, and about our current state of being.

Everything you perceive as outside of you, belongs to you, is connected to you, and, it tells you something special about yourself.

The outside world is a mirror of what is currently going on within yourself.

Okay, Kevin, but what does this all mean?

What I am trying to say is this: changing what you look like on the outside doesn’t hide what you look like on the inside.

You could change your career, move to a different country, find a different partner.

But, if you don’t change your inner state of being, you will simply keep on repeating the same life experiences again and again and again.

Believe me, I had to learn this the hard way.

hard way

The only way to change your life is to move into a state of being that corresponds with what you really want in life.

Become the man or woman you were destined to be. How would this person feel, act, talk, think? Once you have figured this out, fully move into their energy and vibration.

Change what you look like on the inside.

The rest will work itself out.

So, what is it you want to change in your life?

The Power Of Being Alive

My life right now is kind of boring and almost depressing; I don’t really go out with lots of friends and have fun. As a twenty year-old, I am not experiencing the social life of a young adult you watch in the movies and television shows. I’m currently living the social life of that one socially awkward male recluse with the mental health issues who still lives with his parents.

Don’t worry though. All is not lost. With life, there is always hope…

If you’re feeling pain, or living in constant anguish, one of the best things you can do is imagine a world, an earthly paradise or utopia where you have way more control over your life.

Then, use the power of your imagination and your own thoughts and actions to create that magnificent world you so desperately seek.

I believe that everyone is given a certain, special  amount of time to make a difference or contribution to this amazing world. Blogging is my way of making a difference…

I also believe that the important thing to remember is that, if one is alive, one is blessed!

If you were born, and you’re able to read this: what more could you ask for?not-a-mistake

So pretty much, one has to continue living life, no matter what ends up happening.

Suicide shouldn’t be seen as an alternative because that would be giving up on everything.

My life may not be the most exciting, but at least, I’m alive and healthy.

(And, I don’t have any life-threatening diseases.

I just had problems dealing with my emotions, but that can easily be solved.)

How Are You Special?

I am the first-born. I have two younger brothers. What makes us different, what makes us special, is the fact that my brothers and I are the only U.S. citizens to carry the Navarro surname from Mexico to the United States. Sometimes I feel like the Navarro Family living in Mexico doesn’t even know we exist, or at least, it’s easy to forget about us since we live so far away.

(Sigh)

Most Hispanics have other family members that they can relate and socialize with. We don’t. We’re all alone besides a handful of cousins on my mom’s side of the family.

(And, we also have a few cousins on my dad’s side; however, they live a couple of states of away. So, they’re pretty much out of the picture.)

Why destiny? Why did you do this to me and my brothers?

destiny

It’s sad: it really is. I watch, enviously, as other people socialize merrily with their friends and family. They laugh. They cry. They talk about their road trips. They talk about their adventures.

I’m a first-generation american, yes. But, every now and then, I wonder what my life would have been like if I had been born in Mexico.

What’s the point of being a U.S. citizen when you’re isolated from your foreign relatives?

It could just be that my mind is playing tricks on me again. It could just be that all of this is concocted in my mind. Maybe I am crazy.

That’s life I guess…

In the end, only God Almighty knows why we incarnate into this world.

I believe that you must have faith in the purpose of your existence, have faith that you will, eventually, be happy with the legacy you leave behind.

The Only Impossible Journey Is The One You Never Begin

You’re in the midst of a war, a battle between the limits of a crowd seeking surrender of your dreams, and the power of your true vision to create and contribute. It is a fight between those that will tell you what you cannot do, and that part of you that knows, and has always known, that we are more than our environment, and that a dream, backed by an unrelenting will to attain it, is truly a reality with an imminent arrival.

— Anthony Robbins
